Nova is a global consultancy firm specialising in payments and banking solutions. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the services made available by Nova Global. (“Nova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our websites, products, tools, promotions, and any other services that reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). [1]

Services

Nova Global provides consultancy services including compliance advisory, regulatory audits, and banking optimization. Services are outlined in individual client agreements and may vary based on client needs.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees for services will be detailed in the client engagement agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Confidentiality

Nova Global will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information without prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nova Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Nova Global, including reports, analyses, and recommendations, remain the intellectual property of Nova Global unless explicitly stated otherwise in a client agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the consultancy engagement as outlined in the client agreement. Termination does not affect the client’s obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Nova Global operates.

9. Modifications

Nova Global reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will be effective immediately.
